1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ChurchLinkUp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChurchLinkUp is a private, multi-church member directory platform that helps church communities connect and share contact information. The Service is provided by the platform operator ("we", "us", "our").

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Harass, threaten, or harm other users; share false or misleading information; distribute spam or unwanted communications; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts; use the Service for any illegal purpose; scrape or harvest user data from the platform.

5. Content & Privacy

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bios, audio recordings). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the Service to other authorized members of your church directories. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Church Directories

Church directories are private to their members. Contact information shared within a directory should not be used for commercial purposes, mass solicitation, or any use unrelated to the church community.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion request, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion. After the grace period, your personal data will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the accuracy of information shared within church directories.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
